摘要 | In this paper, we report an example of indole's site selective C3 benzylation process through a rhodium(III)-catalyzed indole's C2 activation relay using aza-o-QM as a functionalization reagent, affording the desired products in good yields under mild conditions. The plausible reaction mechanism is proposed on the basis of control and deuterium labeling experiments and the further transformation has been also described. |
