摘要	To investigate the effect of recombinant adenovirus ad EGFP on cornea of rats and analyze its mechanism. 60 healthy rats were selected, 30 rats were transfected with recombinant adenovirus ad EGFP as the observation group, and 30 rats in the control group were injected with normal saline. The expression of ad EGFP protein, IgA, a value (copy number / UG total RNA) and ad EGFP mRNA were compared between the two groups. Compared with the control group, the expression of ad EGFP protein, IgA in cornea, a value in cornea and the expression of ad EGFP mRNA were significantly higher in the observation group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The recombinant adenovirus ad EGFP can be successfully transfected into rat cornea, which is safe and effective.
