摘要 | We report a high luminescent quantum dot light-emitting diode by inkjet printing. The relationship between film morphology versus the ink formulation and the annealing were investigated. For the best ink formulation among a few dozen devices we studied, the luminance is as high as 42 000 cd/m, and the current efficiency reaches 6.42 cd/A which is the highest reported for a very primitive device structure. |
