摘要 | We have developed a 3D electrode-based impedance spectroscopy platform that can provide more precise analysis of droplet contents, compared to conventionally used 2D electrode designs. The 3D electrode pair was created by filling a liquid metal into 3D electrode channels, which allows for simple and easy fabrication as well as preventing any potential misalignment issues. The performance of the developed platform was characterized by measuring the electrical impedance of droplets with different numbers of cells inside. |
