摘要 | A one-for-all strained Ge0.99 Si0.01 modulator arrays design is proposed to cover a broad telecommunication band with multiple modulators designed and fabricated simultaneously in a simplified lithography and patterning flow. This strain engineering innovation is applicable to III-V materials for light-emitting, photodetecting, and sensing applications. |
