摘要 | Humidity sensors are important devices that have been used extensively in our daily life. ZnO material exhibits excellent performance in the field of humidity sensing, most of which are based on changes in resistance under different environments. In this work, we report an optical-based ZnO nanomaterial humidity sensor. Humidity sensing is achieved by passivating oxygen vacancies on the surface of ZnO nanomaterials with water molecules. Through the irradiation of the 980 nm laser, the light scattering due to water droplets under high humidity has been solved. The optical-based ZnO nanomaterial humidity sensor provides new possibilities for humidity sensing, and this solution can also be applied to other material systems. |
