摘要 | Synthesizing red-emitting phosphors with accurately controlled wavelength usually require harsh conditions such as high temperature and reductive atmosphere, which are the limitations for fabricating white light-emitting diodes (WLEDs) with high color rendering index. Here, we present the impact of adding red QD into WLED to improve value of Ra and R9.It is verified that the enhanced spectrum of R9 can achieve the display index above 90 by simulation and experiment. |
