摘要 | CsPbX3 (X=Cl, Br, I) perovskite nanocrystals materials, as a new class of potential light-emitting application for displays, have demonstrated exceptional narrow line width ideal for achieving wide color gamut. Nevertheless, because it contains the heavy-metal lead, the prospect of their application is becoming less promising. In this work, we used the lanthanide element Eu to replace the toxic lead (Pb) through a modified hot-injection method. The concentration of Eu was up to 43%, while maintaining the perovskite nanocrystal structure undisrupted. Moreover, the high photoluminescence quantum yield of CsPbBr3 was also maintained (90% of the undoped). |
