摘要 | Graphene quantum dots (GQDs) have received much attention in biosensor applications due to their unique properties. In this work, we demonstrate the introduction of GQDs into cobalt phthalocyanine (CoPc) for simultaneous electrochemical Dopamine (DA) and Uric acid (UA) detections. The GQDs with size of less than 10 nm were decorated onto the CoPc, and the modified electrode exhibited superior sensing performance towards DA and UA. The fabricated sensor showed a detection limit of 18 and 145 nM for DA and UA, respectively. Besides, the sensor displayed a wide linear range with excellent reproducibility and repeatability characteristics. |
