摘要 | Herein we have fabricated NiO@ZnO core-shell nanofibers (CSNFs) via a facile two-step method. Nickel nitrate/polyacrylonitrile (Ni(NO3)MN2/PAN) composite nanofibers were synthesized firstly by electrospinning, and atomic layer deposition (ALD) technique was applied to control the deposition of ZnO shell layers. After annealing at 600 degrees C in air, well-defined NiO@ZnO CSNFs were obtained. Gas-sensing measurements showed that NiO@ZnO CSNFs exhibited highly sensitive and selective ethanol sensing properties at 275 degrees C compared to those of pure NiO and ZnO NFs, suggesting that the fabrication of P-N heterojunction is an effective approach to improve their gas-sensing performance. |
