摘要 | This paper reports a biresonant structure of piezoelectric energy harvester ( PEH), which consists of two cantilevers with resonance frequencies of 15Hz and 22Hz, The vibration amplitudes of two cantilever-mass structures produce strongly coupling with increase of acceleration. The experimental results show that the operating bandwidth is broadened to 14Hz ( 14Hz-28Hz) at the acceleration of 1g( 1g=9.81m/s2), And the peak power can be 0.35 mu W at a relatively lower operation frequency of 16Hz at 1g. Simulation indicates that the PEH can realize broaden band gap, hence significantly improves the vibration-to-electricity conversion efficiency. |
