摘要 | We performed comprehensive study of the effect of different solvents on the performance of the solar cells based on Poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT):[6,6]-phenyl C-61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM). We have chosen chlorobenzene (CB), 1,2-dichlorobenzene (DB) or 1, 2, 4 trichlorobenzene (TCB) as the casting solvent for P3HT and PCBM from different suppliers. We found that the both casting solvents and source materials play important role in the device performance. It is possible to obtain efficiencies exceeding 3% for multiple material processing combinations but each material combination has its own optimal condition. Obtained results are discussed in detail. |
