摘要 | We study the electromagnetic interference between active components in complicated electronic structures. In our simulations, dynamic behaviors of these active components with detailed atom configurations are described by the first-principles methods, while the entire system is modeled by a novel coupled quantum mechanics and electromagnetics (QM/EM) in the real time domain. We demonstrate that electronic devices could be treated independently in the sense of classical electromagnetics below a particular operational frequency (e.g. 10 THz). Our time-domain QM/EM simulations could also quantitatively describe the dependency of electromagnetic interference on the separating distance between devices. The relationships between induction current and separating distance are compared at different operational frequencies. |
