摘要 | In this work, we found that the ZnMgO nano-particle film used in quantum dot light-emitting diodes showed clear resistive switching effect. The aging process of quantum dot light-emitting diodes will be affected by the migration of oxygen ions in ZnMgO, the formation and disappearance of conductive filaments. |
