摘要 | We report pure green core-multishell quantum dots synthesized by modified tri-n-octylphosphine-assisted SILAR method. In this low-cost, high-throughput procedure, we coupled with tri-n-octylphosphine-assisted extraction process to obtain the satisfactory results. The spectrally narrow emission (26 nm), high luminescence efficiency (>90%), represent colour-saturated green emission ideal for display applications. |
