| 摘要 | 本发明涉及一种保温防水抗菌多功能布料及其制备方法和应用，基底布料的一面涂覆有超疏水层，另一面依次涂覆有聚合物多孔膜和金属银膜，所述金属银膜为网状结构。本发明所提供的保温防水抗菌多功能布料不仅具有很好的防水、透气、抗菌、保暖功能，且轻便，能减少人体因多层衣服带来的负重，而且还能在外加电压下产生和控制热量，使得由该保温防水抗菌多功能布料所制作的衣物、用品等物件在雨雪等恶劣环境中依然有很大的应用空间；制备方法工艺简单、原料成本低，方便大规模的工业化生产，能促进可穿戴电子产品和智能服装的发展。 |
| 其他摘要 | The invention relates to an insulated, waterproof and antibacterial multifunctional fabric as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The fabric is characterized in that one surface of abase fabric is covered with a super-hydrophobic layer while the other surface of the base fabric is covered with a polymer porous film and a metal silver film sequentially, wherein the metal silver film is of a net-shaped structure. The fabric is high in waterproofing function, breathing function, antibacterial function and insulating function, and is light in weight, so that people is greatly prevented from the burden caused by wearing a plurality of layers of clothes; in addition, heat can be produced under external voltage and can also be controlled, so that clothes, articles for use and other objects made from the fabric can be widely applied in severe environments such as rainy and snowy environments; the preparation method is simple in processes, and low in raw material cost; massive industrial production can be conveniently carried out; the development of wearable electronic products and smart clothing is promoted. |
