| 摘要 | 一种急性髓白血病细胞与造血干细胞的体外分离系统，包括储样装置、分离组件及收集装置，分离组件包括外壳、固定座及微孔管，外壳具有一收容腔，固定座收容于收容腔内，并将收容腔分隔成第一腔室和第二腔室，微孔管固定设置于固定座上，且微孔管连通第一腔室和第二腔室，造血干细胞能够通过微孔管，储样装置与外壳通过管道连接，以使储样装置与第一腔室相通，收集装置与外壳通过管道连接，以使收集装置与第二腔室相通。上述急性髓白血病细胞与造血干细胞的体外分离系统使得急性髓白血病细胞与造血干细胞的分离较为简单。此外，还提供一种急性髓白血病细胞与造血干细胞的体外分离方法。 |
| 其他摘要 | The invention discloses a system for in-vitro separation of acute myeloblastic leukemia cells and hemopoietic stem cells. The system comprises a sample storage device, a separation assembly and a collection device. The separation assembly comprises a housing, a mounting base and micropore pipes. The housing is provided with a receiving chamber, the mounting base is arranged in the receiving chamber, the receiving chamber is divided into a first chamber and a second chamber, the micropore pipes are fixedly arranged on the mounting base and communicate the first chamber and the second chamber, hemopoietic stem cells can go through the micropore pipes, the sample storage device is communicated with the housing by a pipe so that the sample storage device is communicated with the first chamber, and the collection device is connected to the housing by a pipe so that the collection device is communicated with the second chamber. The system for in-vitro separation of acute myeloblastic leukemia cells and hemopoietic stem cells realizes simple separation of acute myeloblastic leukemia cells and hemopoietic stem cells. The invention also provides a method for in-vitro separation of acute myeloblastic leukemia cells and hemopoietic stem cells. |
