| 摘要 | 本发明涉及一种盘式发电机，包括第一转子盘、第一线圈绕组和定子盘，第一转子盘包括呈辐射状均匀分布于同一圆周上的多个第一转子铁芯，定子盘包括呈辐射状均匀分布于同一圆周上的多个定子铁芯，各定子铁芯的一侧均设有第一嵌装槽，第一线圈绕组嵌装于各第一嵌装槽，第一转子盘与定子盘同轴设置且可转动地设于定子盘的一侧，各第一转子铁芯与各定子铁芯一一对应且合围成环绕于第一线圈绕组的第一磁通回路。本发明的盘式发电机，第一线圈绕组为一设置于第一转子铁芯和定子铁芯之间的环形结构，第一线圈绕组缠绕工艺简单，第一线圈绕组布置简单，直接与各第一转子铁芯或直接与定子铁芯固定，省去额外的固定结构，使盘式发电机的整体结构简单。 |
| 其他摘要 | The present invention relates to a disk generator. The disk generator comprises a first rotor disk, a first coil winding and a stator disk; the first rotor disk comprises a plurality of first rotor cores uniformly and radially distributed on the same circumference; the stator disk comprises a plurality of stator cores uniformly and radially distributed on the same circumference; a first embeddinggroove is formed in one side of each stator core; the first coil winding is embedded in the first embedding grooves; the first rotor disk and the stator disk are arranged coaxially, and the first rotor disk is rotationally arranged at one side of the stator disk; and the first rotor cores are in one-to-one correspondence with the stator cores; and the first rotor cores and the stator cores enclosea first magnetic flux loop surrounding the first coil winding. According to the disk generator of the present invention, the first coil winding is of an annular structure disposed between the first rotor cores and the stator cores; the winding process of the first coil winding is simple; the arrangement of the first coil winding is simple; and the first coil winding is directly fixed to the firstrotor cores or the stator cores, so that an additional fixing structure can be eliminated, and the overall structure of the disk generator is simple. |
