| 摘要 | 本发明涉及一种光催化反应器。该光催化反应器包括外壳、紫外灯管、翼片组件和光催化环。多个间隔设置的片状的翼片组件环绕紫外灯管设置一周，且多个翼片组件呈以紫外灯管为中心的放射状结构；每个翼片组件由多个表面附着有光催化剂的翼片沿紫外灯管的延伸方向依次排列拼接形成，每个翼片组件的相邻的两个翼片中，一个翼片的一个缺口与另一个翼片的一个缺口共同配合形成一个通孔；多个表面均附着有光催化剂的光催化环沿紫外灯管的延伸方向间隔设置，每个光催化环依次穿设于多个翼片组件的一个通孔，而将光催化环固定在外壳内，且紫外灯管穿设于每个光催化环。上述光催化反应器的生产和组装较为简单、结构简单紧凑且净化效率较高。 |
| 其他摘要 | The invention relates to a photocatalytic reactor. The photocatalytic reactor comprises a shell, an ultraviolet strip lamp, wing plate components and photocatalytic rings. A plurality of the wing plate components, which are arranged at intervals, are arranged around the ultraviolet strip lamp, and form a radial structure taking the ultraviolet strip lamp as a center; each wing plate component is formed by sequentially arranging and assembling a plurality of wing plates with a photocatalyst attached to surfaces along an extension direction of the ultraviolet strip lamp; in two adjacent wing plates in each wing plate component, a gap of one wing plate and a gap of the other wing plate form a through hole by cooperating with each other; a plurality of the photocatalytic rings with a photocatalyst attached to surfaces are arranged at intervals along the extension direction of the ultraviolet strip lamp; each photocatalytic ring is penetrated in a through hole of multiple wing plate components in sequence; and the photocatalytic rings are fixed in the shell, and the ultraviolet strip lamp is penetrated in each photocatalytic ring. The photocatalytic reactor is relatively simple in production and assembly, simple and compact in structure and relatively high in purification efficiency. |
