摘要	本发明实施例提供了一种相位恢复方法及装置，其中该方法包括：获取由参考光束和穿过待测物体的探测光束形成的干涉图像；将所述干涉图像进行滤波、归一化处理；基于相移变换系数对归一化后的干涉图像进行相移变换，获取预设数量的相移干涉图像；采用相位恢复算法从所述相移干涉图像中恢复待测物体带有包裹的相位信息；对带有包裹的所述相位信息进行解包裹处理。本发明实施例仅需单幅干涉图像就可以恢复待测物体的相位，且相位恢复的精度高、处理时间短。
其他摘要	The embodiment of the invention provides a phase recovery method and device, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining an interference image formed by a reference light beam and a detection light beam passing through a to-be-detected object; carrying out the filtering and normalization processing of the interference image; carrying out the phase shift conversion of the interference image based on a phase shift conversion coefficient after normalization, and obtaining a preset number of phase shift interference images; restoring the phase information with the package of the to-be-detected object from the phase shift interference images through employing a phase recovery algorithm; and carrying out the unwrapping of the phase information with the package. According to the embodiment of the invention, the method can restore the phase of the to-be-detected object through a single interference image, is high in phase recovery precision, and is short in processing time.
