本发明实施例公开了一种低压差线性稳压器。该低压差线性稳压器中第一功率管的输出端与第二功率管的输入端连接；第二功率管的控制端与中值电压稳压器的输出端连接；中值电压稳压器的输入端与输入电源连接；输入电源的输入电压值范围大于0，小于等于2倍第一功率管或第二功率管的最大工作电压；中值电压稳压器的输出端的电压值为输入电源的输入电压值与第一功率管或第二功率管的最大工作电压的差值。本实施例提供的技术方案，通过增加第二功率管和中值电压稳压器，在仅仅使用低阈值电压的功率管的情况下，有效提高了低压差线性稳压器的工作电压的范围，使低压差线性稳压器更容易与其他电路集成到同一块芯片上，大大降低了成本。

The embodiment of the invention discloses a low dropout regulator. An output end of a first power tube in the low dropout regulator is connected with an input end of a second power tube; a control end of the second power tube is connected with the output end of a mid-value voltage stabilizer; the input end of the mid-value voltage stabilizer is connected with an input power supply; the scope of an input voltage value of the input power supply is more than 0 but less than or equal to 2 times of the maximum working voltage of the first power tube or the second power tube; and a voltage value at the output end of the mid-value voltage stabilizer is a difference value of the input voltage value of the input power supply and the maximum working voltage of the first power tube or the second power tube. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the second power tube and the mid-value voltage stabilizer are additionally arranged, so that the scope of the working voltage of the low dropout regulator is effectively widened under the condition of only using the power tube with low threshold voltage, the low dropout regulator and the other circuits are more easily integrated onto a same chip, and thus the cost is greatly lowered.
