| 摘要 | 本发明涉及一种新型牙科用铌银合金材料及其制备方法，该铌银合金材料按摩尔百分含量由60‑99.95％的铌和0.05‑40％的银组成。通过在惰性气氛下将银粉和铌粉混合后在高能球磨机中进行高能球磨，使其强制混溶形成单相固溶体，然后利用放电等离子体烧结技术烧结成块体铌银双相合金材料。该铌银合金材料由纳米尺度的铌晶粒和银晶粒构成，晶粒尺寸为20‑300nm，具有优异的生物相容性和抗菌性，其压缩强度可达1.0‑1.8GPa，维氏硬度可达3.0‑6.5GPa，同时具有良好的抗腐蚀性和耐磨性，且表面呈现金属光泽，是一种新型的牙科合金，具有良好的应用前景。 |
| 其他摘要 | The invention relates to a novel dental niobium-silver alloy material and a preparation method thereof. The niobium-silver alloy material is composed of 60-99.95% of niobium and 0.05-40% of silver according to the molar percentage content. A silver powder and a niobium powder are mixed under an inert atmosphere and then are subjected to high-energy ball milling in a high-energy ball mill, the silver powder and the niobium powder are forced to be mixed and dissolved to form a single-phase solid solution, then the single-phase solid solution is sintered into the block niobium-silver dual-phase alloy material by using a spark plasma sintering technology. The silver-niobium alloy material is composed of nano-scale niobium grains and silver grains, has the grain size of 20-300 nm, has excellent biocompatibility and antibacterial properties, has the compressive strength reaching 1.0-1.8 GPa and the Vickers hardness reaching 3.0-6.5 GPa, also has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, has the surface showing metallic luster, is a novel dental alloy, and has a good application prospect. |
