| 摘要 | 本发明提供一种紫外胶光纤锥的制备方法，方法包括：S1、选取两截相同的柱形裸光纤；S2、在裸光纤的平整端面上附着紫外胶，使紫外胶在端面上形成半球形液滴；S3、对每一个半球形液滴进行第一预设时间的预固化操作，使半球形液滴基本定位在各自的端面上；S4、将两个柱形裸光纤的两个半球形液滴相对设置，预固化的两个半球形液滴对准、接触后融合在一起；S5、向融合半球形液滴的反方向移动每一根柱形裸光纤，以使融合的预固化的半球形液滴被拉伸，形成锥形结构；S6、对锥形结构进行第二预设时间的固化操作，得到固态的紫外胶光纤锥。上述方法制备方式简单、可灵活控制，且可在常温下加工，能够实现聚合物光纤锥低成本和批量化生产。 |
| 其他摘要 | The invention provides a preparation method of an ultraviolet glue fiber taper. The method comprises: S1, selecting two identical cylindrical bare fibers; S2, attaching the ultraviolet glue on the flat end surface of each bare fiber to make the ultraviolet glue to form a hemispherical droplet on each end surface; S3, performing a pre-curing operation on each hemispherical droplet for a first predetermined time to make each hemispherical droplet to be substantially positioned on the respective end face; S4, oppositely arranging the two hemispherical droplets of the two cylindrical bare fibers to make the pre-cured two hemispherical droplets to be aligned, contacted, and fused together; S5, moving each cylindrical bare fiber in a direction opposite to the fused hemispherical droplets to stretch the fused pre-cured hemispherical droplets to form a tapered structure; S6, performing a curing operation on the tapered structure for a second predetermined time to obtain a solid ultraviolet glue fiber taper. The preparation method of the ultraviolet glue fiber taper is simple, can be flexibly controlled, can be processed at a normal temperature, and can realize the low-cost and batched production of polymer fiber tapers. |
