本发明公开了一种刮涂设备，包括：支撑件、工作台、供液装置，所述供液装置固定在所述支撑件上；以及柔性多孔刮片，所述柔性多孔刮片设置在所述供液装置的出液口处。其中，所述供液装置包括注射泵、注射器。在制备有机光电薄膜的过程中，通过注射泵和注射器的配合实现主动供液。使得有机光电材料溶液基本能够全覆盖于基片上，对于材料的利用率较高，大大减少了对昂贵的有机光电材料的浪费。本发明从设备的搭建到柔性多孔刮片的更换，操作均十分简便，相比较于刮涂法等制膜设备，设备成本较低，很大幅度地降低了有机光电薄膜的制备成本。

Therefore, an organic photoelectric material solution can basically completely cover the substrate, the utilization rate of materials is high, and waste of expensive organic photoelectric materials is greatly reduced. According to the invention, the operation from the construction of the equipment to the replacement of the flexible porous scraping blade is very simple and convenient, and compared with blade coating film preparation equipment and the like, the equipment has the following advantages that the cost is lower, and the preparation cost of the organic photoelectric film is greatly reduced.
