摘要 | This paper established a theoretical model that related the high frequency resistance of the oxidized metal surface with oxidation thickness, film resistivity and carrier frequency with considering the skin effect in mixed conductors. The work takes the round conductor with swept oxidation thickness on surface and conductor diameter as demo, its high frequency resistance at different configurations is discussed. This work can be further used to guide analyze the frequency dependent resistance induced high frequency loss in microwave devices. |
