摘要
人体定位及运动状态检测在老人监控、智能家居等方面的应用具有迫切的需求和重要的应用价值。目前已有的解决方法主要基于深度摄像头、红外传感器以及可穿戴设备,摄像头及红外灯光学设备缺点是无法有效保护隐私、探测距离较近以及无法探测被遮挡物体,可穿戴设备的缺点是检测对象必须携带相对应的设备才能进行检测。基于雷达的人体定位及运动状态检测相比现有技术,具有可有效保护隐私、远距离探测、可探测被遮挡物体以及被检测人员无需携带设备等优点。本文围绕毫米波雷达的基本原理进行了深入研究,提出了人体定位算法和运动状态检测算法,实现了基于雷达的人体定位及运动状态检测系统。单元测试和系统测试表明,系统达到了98%以上的准确率。本论文的工作主要包括以下几个方面:首先,针对室内探测的特定应用场景,分析了国内外对人体定位和运动状态检测的研究现状,并总结了目前工作的优缺点,设计了基于雷达的人体定位及运动状态检测系统。其次,本文介绍了毫米波雷达的基本理论,研究了CFAR算法和目标凝聚算法,提出了人体定位算法和运动状态检测算法。再次,实现了基于雷达的人体定位及运动状态检测系统。最后,对雷达信号处理算法进行单元仿真,使用雷达实测数据进行测试,验证了人体定位及运动状态监测算法的可行性,并进一步使用系统原型机实地测试,评估系统性能。

The application of human body positioning and motion state detection in elderly monitoring and smart home has urgent needs and important application value. The existing solutions are mainly based on depth cameras, infrared sensors, and wearable devices. The shortcomings of the camera and infrared light optics are that they cannot effectively protect privacy, detect distances, and detect occluded objects. The disadvantage of wearable devices is that they are detected. The corresponding equipment must be carried in order to be tested. Compared with the prior art, the radar-based human body positioning and motion state detection has the advantages of effective protection of privacy, long-distance detection, detection of occluded objects, and no need for the detected personnel to carry equipment. In this paper, the basic principle of millimeter wave radar is studied in depth, and the human body localization algorithm and motion state detection algorithm are proposed. The radarbased human body positioning and motion state detection system is realized. Unit testing and system testing showed that the system achieved an accuracy of more than 98%. The work of this thesis mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly, for the specific application scenarios of indoor detection, the research status of human body positioning and motion state detection at home and abroad is analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of current work are summarized. The radar-based human body positioning and motion state detection system is designed.Secondly, this paper introduces the basic theory of millimeter wave radar, studies CFAR algorithm and target aggregation algorithm, and proposes human body localization algorithm and motion state detection algorithm.Thirdly, a radar-based human body positioning and motion state detection system is realized.Finally, the radar signal processing algorithm is simulated by unit, and the radar measured data is used for testing. The feasibility of the human body positioning and motion state monitoring algorithm is verified, and the system prototype is further tested to evaluate the system performance.
