摘要 | Nanoscale gratings was employed in this work to align the quantum rods (QRs) by self-assembly and the preliminary results showed a polarization degree up to 35%. The gratings on silicon had 100nm for both spacing and line width which was comparable to the length of the synthesized QRs (average length=82nm). The QRs aspect ratio has reached up to 1:12 which was ideal for QRs alignment along the channel. The alignment was assisted by solvent evaporation during the selfassembly process. |
