摘要 | The conventional lozenge structure may show its instinct auxeticity while buckling during the compression process. The novel lozenge-chiral auxetic metamaterials, which combine diverse inner chiral with traditional outside lozenges, are suggested to maintain auxeticity while also improving the structural stability. The numerical simulation was carried out to explore the deformation behavior of LCAMs. The stress-strain curves and Poisson's ratios were carefully investigated and compared among various LCAMs schematics. The proposed LCAMs were proven to show enhanced auxeticity and mechanical stability, making them have more potential usage in industrial applications. |
