摘要 | A fabricated microwave component generally requires a post-fabrication tuning process to compensate variations from fabrication process and improve the performance. In this paper, a post-fabrication tuning method based on space mapping and surrogate modeling technique is proposed for tuning fabricated microwave component. The tuning method is presented in detail. Surrogate modeling and parameter extraction process is discussed. Several tuning examples are given to validate the proposed method. By applying the tuning algorithm, we are able to significantly improve the performance to achieve the tuning specifications. © 2019 European Microwave Association (EuMA). |
