摘要 | High quality perovskite nanocrystals have been synthesized in a tunable halide-rich circumstance and utilized for electroluminescent device. When the ratio of Br: Pb increased to 4: 1, the CsPbBr, LED showed maximum luminance of 12090 cd m-2 which was 3.37 times of CsPbBr3 LED based on traditional raw material of PbBr2. |
