摘要 | In this paper, an exponential tapered slot Vivaldi antenna with a bandwidth of 90 G-110 GHz is proposed. The antenna is designed on the low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) substrate with 50 $\mu$m thickness and is fed by stripline C-sections. The proposed antenna has a compact size of $7.23 mm \times 4.13 mm$ ( $2.41 \lambda_{\mathrm{O}}\times 1.38\lambda_{\mathrm{O}}$). The endfire radiation pattern with a maximum realized gain of 9.8 dBi is obtained. In addition, a frequency-dependent group delay is realized by the C-sections implemented in our proposed antenna, which enables it to operate as a phaser. The proposed THz endfire antenna integrated with phaser functionality has potential application in the millimeter-wave/THz integrated circuits. |
