摘要 | Two schemes of temperature-sensitive laser for intra-datacenter communication link are proposed. The wavelength selectivity is realized based on micro-ring chip and highly germanium-doped fiber (HGDF), respectively. The experimental results show that the temperature of the data center can be monitored in real time by measuring the wavelength shift of the transmitter laser. |
