摘要 | We have proposed n-shape elastomers for enhancing sensitivity of acoustic signal detection. The simulation results show that such n-shape elastomers with cantilever-like structure can be deformed by sound wave pressure, showing great potential of high sensitivity sensor head in distributed optical fiber sensing system. © 2021 IEEE. |
