摘要 | In this paper, a broadband transmitarray antenna for dispersive delay radiation based Vivaldi antenna operating at 0.1 THz band is presented. The unit cell consists of two Vivaldi antennas that transmit and receive signals and a linear group delay engineering non-common-pass transmission line network. The whole structure is designed on the low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) substrate and can achieve 0.06ns variation of phase group delay in the operating band (75-105GHz) which can operates as a phaser. The return loss of the whole system is greater than 17 dB in the operating band, indicating that the structure can be practically processed. The proposed transmi-tar ray antenna phasers have potential applications in reducing the accuracy requirements of digital-to-analog converters and in millimeter-wave and terahertz analog signal processing. |
