摘要 | In this study, the design, manufacture, and experimental validation of a novel ultrasonic aspirator were proposed. Through the innovative design and analysis of the structure of the Langevin ultrasonic transducer, the second-order and the sixth-order longitudinal modes are simultaneously excited in the dual-frequency ultrasonic aspirator (DFUA). Finally, the tip of the hollow tool generates the vibration of the dual-frequency superposition mode. This vibration mode achieves the effect of enhancing inertial cavitation and improving tissue removal efficiency. The proposed DFUA was manufactured, its ultrasonic characteristics were measured using the impedance analyzer, laser Doppler vibrometer, and high-speed camera, and finally, the liver tissue of a pig was cutting test to confirm the effectiveness of the developed DFUA. |
