The invention belongs to the field of organic chemical ligands, and discloses a nitrogen-nitrogen-phosphorus ligand. The compound has a structure shown in a general formula I or a tautomer, an enantiomer and a diastereoisomer thereof, wherein R1 and R5 are independently selected from hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, naphthenic base, alkenyl, alkynyl, hydroxyl, aldehyde group, carboxyl, ester group, halogen, trifluoromethyl, cyano, acyl, amido, amino, nitryl, phenyl, benzyl, sulfonyl, sulfonic acid group and sulfydryl; r2 is selected from one of the following structures: alkyl, alkoxy, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, phenyl, benzyl, phenethyl, naphthyl methyl,-CHPh2, ester group,-CH2OBn, or substituted phenyl or benzyl, or R2 and R4 are connected to form a five-membered ring and have a benzene ring; r3 is selected from hydrogen or alkyl; r4 is selected from hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, alkenyl, alkynyl, phenyl and benzyl; w is PR2 or P (O) R2, and R is selected from phenyl, naphthyl, cyclohexyl and substituted phenyl.
