摘要

在当今快节奏且高度竞争的社会环境中,大学生及步入职场的年轻人普遍面临焦虑、失眠等情绪问题。同时,由于长时间过度使用电子设备学习和工作,也导致严重的视疲劳及其他眼部健康问题。这些心理和生理压力的叠加给他们的学习、工作和生活带来了一系列负面影响。

为了缓解上述问题,烛光冥想是一种效果显著、成本低廉的潜在解决方法之一。烛光冥想练习需要借助蜡烛作为辅助工具,而传统的黄光蜡烛存在着烛光颜色单一、体验感陈旧等问题。为解决上述问题,本文将彩色火焰蜡烛引入烛光冥想的使用场景中。利用焰色反应的原理,选择锶盐、硼盐和铜盐作为红、绿、蓝光蜡烛的发色剂。相较于传统的蜡烛制备方式,本文省略了烛芯氧化促进剂处理这一步骤。烛体中尝试使用乙醇作为助燃剂,添加量 10% 时,能够在不影响烛体成型性的基础上起到优良的助燃效果,弥补了烛芯未经过助燃处理步骤而导致的燃烧性减弱的问题。当烛体成分为主燃剂柠檬酸三甲酯添加量 83%、发色剂 5%、成型剂硬脂酸酰胺 2%、助燃剂乙醇 10% 时,能够制成成型性好、燃烧火焰稳定、烛光颜色纯净、杂色干扰较小的彩色火焰蜡烛。随后,对制备的蜡烛进行了多维度的表征,与市售产品进行了比较,包括烛光颜色、火焰形态、烛体成型性和燃烧烟雾等方面,进一步验证了本产品的优势。基于上述红、绿、蓝光蜡烛的 CIE 色坐标表征结果,利用色彩叠加原理,计算出目标粉色点需要发色剂的混合比例,制备出粉色火焰蜡烛,并对其进行表征和对比。这一方法拓宽了彩色火焰蜡烛能够实现的烛光颜色范围。

最后通过用户测试实验,让受试者进行烛光冥想练习,收集其主客观数据进行分析。结果表明,使用新型彩色火焰蜡烛可以实现与传统蜡烛相同的冥想效果,有效缓解被试者的焦虑和视疲劳状态。此外,新型火焰蜡烛在“新颖性”等方面获得了更高的评价,进一步证明了其在市场上的潜力。

为响应国家工程教育改革新要求,本研究通过多学科交织交融,主动应对经济社会发展需要,探究材料化工与产品设计、心理学的学科交叉,致力于将传统化工产品进行升级与改造,探索其更丰富的使用方式和应用领域,创造出更有创新性、治愈性和实用价值的彩色火焰蜡烛,为国家工程教育改革和经济社会发展提供有益支持。

In today’s fast-paced and highly competitive social environment, the younger gener ation generally faces anxiety, insomnia and other emotional problems. At the same time, many college students and young people entering the workplace suffer from serious eye health problems such as visual fatigue due to prolonged use of electronic devices. These psychological and physiological stresses have brought a series of negative impacts and great challenges to their work and life. In order to alleviate these problems, candlelight meditation is considered to be one of the effective, inexpensive and easy-to-implement ways to potentially solve these problems. Candlelight meditation practice requires the use of candles as an aid, while the traditional use of cup candles light single color, the experience of a sense of obsolescence.

To solve the above problems, this paper introduces colored flame candles into the use scenario of candlelight meditation. Using the principle of flame color reaction, strontium salts, boron salts and copper salts are selected as the color-emitting agents for red, green and blue light candles. Compared with the traditional way of candle preparation, this paper omits the step of oxidation promoter treatment of the candle core. The use of ethanol as a combustion aid in the candle body, the addition of 10% can play an excellent combustion effect, to make up for the weak combustibility of the candle wick without combustion treatment step. In the candle body, when the mass fraction of the main combustion agent trimethyl citrate is 83%, the coloring agent is 5%, the molding agent stearamide is 2%, and the combustion agent ethanol is 10%, it is possible to make a colorful flame candle with good molding, a stable combustion flame, and a pure candle color with less interference from stray colors. Subsequently, we evaluated the characteristics of these products in various aspects and compared them with commercially available products, including the candlelight color, the formability of the candle body, and the combustion smoke, to further verify the advantages of this product. Based on the above characterization results of the red, green and blue light candles, the pink flame candles were prepared and characterized by using the principle of color superposition to calculate the mixing ratio of the color emitting agent needed at the target color. This method broadens the range of candle colors for colored flame candles and no longer relies on a small number of elements with flame color reactions.

Finally, through a user test experiment, each subject was allowed to practice med itation with traditional candles and new colored flame candles, and their subjective and objective data were collected and analyzed. The results show that the use of the new colored flame candles can achieve the same level of meditation effect as the traditional candles, and effectively reduce the anxiety and visual fatigue of the subjects. In addition, the new flame candles received higher ratings in terms of novelty, further proving their potential in the market.

In order to respond to the new requirements of the national engineering education reform, this study takes the initiative to respond to the needs of economic and social development through the interweaving of multiple disciplines, and explores the intersection of materials and chemical engineering, product design, and psychology, and devotes it self to upgrading and transforming the traditional chemical products, exploring their richer ways of use and applications, and creating colorful flame candles that are more innovative, healing, and practical, which will provide useful support to the reform of national engineering education and the development of economic and social development. The program will provide useful support for the reform of national engineering education and economic and social development.
