摘要 | Dye molecules, commonly used to enhance visual perception, can pose significant health risks if used excessively. Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) is a highly sensitive, non-destructive, rapid and easy-to-use detection method widely used in biomedical, environmental, and chemical research. However, the lack of functional groups with strong interactions with noble metal substrates poses a challenge in direct anchoring of dye molecules to “hotspots” and hinders direct SERS detection. This study addresses this challenge by preparing a novel PDDA@Ag/Au-HPOC substrate obtained by modifying an electropositive, functional poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) molecular layer on the surface of a periodic metal array substrate (Ag/Au-HPOC) using UV holographic lithography. This substrate can enable quantitative SERS detection of negatively charged dyes through electrostatic interactions. Remarkably, the PDDA@Ag/Au-HPOC substrate enables SERS detection of dye molecules even in unopened beverage solution without any pretreatment. It also exhibits excellent selectivity and stability towards electronegatively charged dye molecules. The development of this innovative PDDA@Ag/Au-HPOC substrate provides a promising platform for on-site SERS detection of dyes in real samples. |
