摘要 | A multiparameter sensor chip has been developed for in-situ marine ecological monitoring. The silicon-based sensor chip consists of four functional areas was designed to measure the temperature, $\mathbf{pH}$ and concentrations of $\mathbf{Z}{{\mathbf{n}}^{2 + }},\mathbf{C}{{\mathbf{d}}^{2 + }}$, $\mathrm{P}{{\mathrm{b}}^{2 + }}$ and $\mathrm{C}{{\mathrm{u}}^{2 + }}$ in seawater simultaneously. The long-term, online and in-situ monitoring of these marine parameters is of great significance to predict ecological problems such as heavy metal pollution, seawater acidification and climate warming. |
